The stem of the Ortho-Pro nipple is much flatter so it’s not taking up her whole mouth. It really does seem to be a much better way for her to suck and I’m less worried about her teeth because I don’t believe it’s putting as much pressure on her gums.

Why do I love these? Let me count the ways... 1) They are made of silicone, which does not get all cracked and “gummy,” 2) They are all one piece, so there's nothing to break, 3) If you step on one in the middle of the night, the pacifier won't be broken (same for the foot)!, 4) They can attach to a pacifier strap without any special adapters, and 5) They last forever! GET THESE!

My daughter absolutely loves this pacifier. It is the only one that she would take. She started using this when she was 3 weeks old and is now 8 1/2 months and also uses it as a teether. It is soft and flexible so it soothes her. It is also too big to fit entirely in a baby's mouth so it is not a choking hazard… It is also very easy to clean and water doesn't get trapped inside. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

In my opinion, this is the GREATEST pacifier EVER! I purchased several of these while I was pregnant to use when my daughter was born. She loved it from the day she was born. She is 8 months old now and still loves it and likes to chew all over it as well. It is safe because it is 1 piece. It is so easy to keep clean. GREAT PACIFIER!

My daughter loves this pacifier. She is now 5 months and she has been using it since she was 2 weeks old. The one we got from the hospital has the same kind of nipple, but the shield covered her nose. This one fits perfectly. She loves to chew on all the parts of it and I know she won't hurt her tender mouth with any of the parts. Also, when it falls out of her mouth at night and ends up under her back or the side of her face, it doesn't hurt her because there are no hard pieces.
