Wants to Wash Dishes!

I didn't think that my 3-year-old would be interested in these items since he has been eating on his own for quite some time. He absolutely loved the plate and bowl and continues to request them at every meal. In fact, he is so excited about them that he takes them to the sink and washes them himself after every use so they will be ready to use again. By the way...he has never been asked to wash his own dishes before and has never wanted to wash dishes before receiving this set!

No Sliding!

I love the depth of the bowl. My daughter is just starting to eat cereal, and other bowls we have tried make a mess. This bowl is deep and does not slide across the table. I love it!

Mealtime is Clean Again

I love the fact that the placemat doesn't slide all over the place – I will be buying more of these so I don't have any more ravioli on the floor!

The bright colors and fun shape of bowl and plate are fun. My boys have to take turns using them even though we have many other fun bowls and plates – these are their favorite. The placemat is nice in that it rolls and is easy to wash.

With the plate, I loved the segments and that I could provide appropriate portion sizes. Also, with the bowl, one can try the trick of saying, “What picture do you see in the bottom of the bowl?” to get them to eat more of what's in the bowl.

The bowl and plate pieces are excellent for reinforcing my son's recognition of colors and shapes. Without any prompting from me, he will name the colors, match the colors with his food and ask for help identifying all the pictures on each piece. He chooses these pieces over his other dishes and it makes his meal much more entertaining.
